A new wellness space, The Denver Village, is set to open in Aurora, Colorado offering support for people navigating various life transitions. Inspired by founder Meredith Cole’s own challenges, The Denver Village aims to provide a sense of community and connection for individuals facing mental health struggles, parenthood, career shifts, and more.
Cole’s personal experience during the postpartum period after the birth of her second child, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, drove her to create a space where people could come together, feel supported, and heal. The Denver Village will offer yoga classes, wellness workshops, and access to practitioners like Clinical Health Psychologist Adrianne Sloan from The Birth Squad.
Additionally, Cait Gallegos specializes in Reiki, an energy-healing practice, and will also be offering services at The Denver Village. The goal of the space is to provide a supportive community for individuals going through transitional phases in life, where they can feel seen, connected, and not alone.
Yoga classes are set to begin on April 19, with the official public opening of The Denver Village scheduled for May 2. The space aims to serve as a village where individuals can come together to navigate life’s challenges and find support in a welcoming and nurturing environment.
