The Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board are investigating a plane crash that occurred in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. The crash involved a small plane that departed from Des Moines International Airport and crashed into a house, resulting in no survivors on board. A U.S. Bank executive, Terry Dolan, is presumed to have been on the plane and is believed to have died in the crash.
