Traffic Alert: Northbound I-25 closed in Timnath, Colorado

Interstate 25 near Timnath has reopened after being closed for several hours on Tuesday morning due to treacherous road conditions. The closure was a result of a multi-vehicle crash involving five or more vehicles at mile marker 262. At least one person has been transported to the hospital as a result of the crash. Colorado State Patrol responded to the scene and urged motorists to drive with caution, lower their speeds, and leave extra room between vehicles due to icy road conditions.
