I had the opportunity to spend a day in Freeman’s small kitchen space, witnessing the meticulous preparation of hundreds of dishes as order tickets poured in. The kitchen staff members who assist with taking orders, delivering meals, and keeping the kitchen organized allow Freeman to focus on his culinary creations.
Despite the challenges of working in a hospital kitchen, Freeman’s dedication to providing delicious, comforting meals to patients shines through in his work.
