Road Rage Incident in Loveland Leads to Arrest

LOVELAND, Colo. — A 23-year-old man, Brice Carey, has been arrested following a road rage incident in Loveland where he allegedly fired multiple shots at another motorist on Friday. Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of the incident, which occurred near the intersection of N. Taft Avenue and W. 57th Street.

According to the Loveland Police Department, Carey was driving northbound on N. Taft Avenue when he reportedly entered into a dispute with another northbound driver, leading to him discharging a firearm several times at the other vehicle. After the shooting, Carey fled the scene towards Fort Collins but was later apprehended at his residence with aid from the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office.

Carey has been booked into the Larimer County Jail on charges including attempted second-degree murder.
