Pat Surtain is a full practice participant on the injury report

In an update on cornerback Pat Surtain II’s injury, the Denver Broncos have listed him as a full participant in practice just one day after suffering a minor ankle sprain in Sunday’s game against the Indianapolis Colts. Head coach Sean Payton had previously kept quiet on Surtain’s status but the news seems to be positive for the team.

However, the Broncos also listed four players as not practicing due to various injuries including defensive linemen John Franklin-Myers and D.J. Jones, running back Jaleel McLaughlin, and cornerback Riley Moss. Moss has been out of play since November 24th due to an MCL injury.

On a more positive note, right guard Quinn Meinerz, who left Sunday’s game briefly with a shoulder injury, was not listed at all on the projected injury report for Monday’s practice. Meanwhile, the Broncos’ upcoming opponents, the Los Angeles Chargers, listed five players as not practicing including tight end Will Dislly and cornerback Cam Hart.

The Chargers also had three players, including quarterback Justin Herbert, listed as limited for practice. These updates come ahead of a crucial Thursday night matchup between the Broncos and the Chargers, making it essential for both teams to monitor player status and injuries in the lead-up to the game.
