What’s Today’s Weather Forecast for Denver?

Warmest Day of the Week Forecasted for Metro Denver

Metro Denver is set to experience its warmest day of the week on Tuesday, with anticipated high temperatures reaching the low 60s. According to the National Weather Service in Boulder, residents can expect a sunny day with a peak temperature of around 62°F. Gentle south winds will accompany the warmth, blowing at speeds of 5 to 7 mph before calming in the afternoon.

As evening approaches, temperatures are expected to drop to around 30°F under mostly clear skies, with the same light winds continuing from the south. The mild and dry weather is projected to persist through Saturday.

Looking ahead, the National Weather Service indicates that the weekend will remain pleasant; Wednesday is predicted to bring sunny skies and a high of 56°F, while Thursday and Friday will see similar conditions, with highs nearing 57°F each day. Saturday will round out the forecast with more sunshine and a high approaching 60°F.

However, in a shift from this warm spell, forecasters anticipate the possibility of snow returning to the high country starting Sunday and continuing into the following week.

Residents are encouraged to enjoy the warmth while it lasts, as the weather is expected to transition into cooler and potentially snowier conditions soon. Stay tuned for updates as the forecast evolves.
