Conservative activist Joe Oltmann is facing legal repercussions for withholding evidence of his claims of election rigging against former Dominion Voting Systems employee Eric Coomer. Oltmann claimed he heard an “Antifa conference call” where Dominion employee suggested the election was rigged in Biden’s favor, but has not provided evidence despite being subpoenaed. He owes Coomer $1,000 a day for noncompliance. Oltmann left a deposition and faces fines, including attorney’s fees and costs. He has also been involved in protests against election results in Arizona. Coomer has sued multiple parties, including Oltmann, for defamation. Oltmann is a conservative podcaster and political activist involved with FEC United and the “Stop the Steal” campaign to claim Trump won the 2020 election. He has been vocal in his support for Trump and has protested against election results in several locations, including Maricopa County in Arizona. Oltmann’s actions have led to legal troubles, fines, and a lawsuit from Coomer for defamation. Oltmann’s involvement in political activism and spreading election rigging claims continues to be a focus in the ongoing legal battles.
