Two people were found dead in a dorm room at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs on Friday morning, prompting the police to investigate the incident as homicides. The university, which has over 11,000 students and nearly 2,000 faculty and staff, announced that classes would be cancelled on Monday and that walk-in counseling services would continue to be available. Additional support and resources, including food and a planned walk across campus, were also being offered to the community affected by the tragedy. The school emphasized the importance of providing a safe and supportive environment for everyone during this difficult time.
